This program is designed for teens 14-17 years old. During the school year we offer free after-school fitness classes for students throughout the East Valley. As well as a free 6 week summer program located at CrossFit Raidho in Mesa.

We provide a fitness program that trains the mind and body to perform at their best. Creating an environment where youth can consistently train how to respond to stressful situations positively.  Centered on that environment they can safely learn to develop these attributes and then apply them. Making the step from things we know to what we become.

Our Team

Our team is made up of dedicated individuals who share a love for training and fitness and want to share that with others. Each member of our team brings a unique set of skills and knowledge, along with years worth of experience coaching both CrossFit and Strength Training. 


We also expect our team to live up to the standards they teach. Giving us a unique perspective for practical application.

With over a decade of dedicated weightlifting experience, Brett brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to the Atlas Program. His journey began in the arenas of football and rugby, where he honed his strength and agility through rigorous training regimens.

With over a decade of dedicated weightlifting experience, Brett brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to the Atlas Program. His journey began in the arenas of football and rugby, where he honed his strength and agility through rigorous training regimens.

Transitioning seamlessly into coaching, Brett has led numerous speed and agility classes and provided personalized training to clients, guiding them towards their fitness aspirations with unwavering enthusiasm. 

In 2019, Brett discovered the transformative world of CrossFit. Embracing the multifaceted challenges it offered, he integrated CrossFit into his repertoire, recognizing its capacity to enhance his strength training while fostering the acquisition of new skills. Since then, Brett has not only competed but also podiumed in various powerlifting and CrossFit competitions. 

Complementing his practical expertise, Brett holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management and Marketing from Brigham Young University (BYU). This educational foundation equips him with strategic insights and a business-oriented mindset, enriching his approach to coaching and enabling him to effectively tailor programs to individual needs.

Dustin is thrilled to be coaching for the Atlas Program! He first stumbled across the CrossFit world back in 2010 when he caught a glimpse of the CrossFit Games on TV. Intrigued by the intensity and the incredible athletes pushing their limits, he decided to give it a shot. His journey with CrossFit began with the iconic workout called "

 

Dustin is thrilled to be coaching for the Atlas Program! He first stumbled across the CrossFit world back in 2010 when he caught a glimpse of the CrossFit Games on TV. Intrigued by the intensity and the incredible athletes pushing their limits, he decided to give it a shot. His journey with CrossFit began with the iconic workout called "Murph." He was instantly hooked! The combination of functional movements, high intensity workouts, and the sense of community drew him in like nothing else. It became his go-to fitness regime while playing soccer at Chandler Gilbert Community College, helping him stay in top shape and enhancing his performance on the field. The constant pursuit of pushing boundaries, challenging himself, and striving for excellence has become an integral part of who he is.

Dustin completed his Doctors of Physical Therapy program and graduated in December 2023. This academic pursuit has provided him with deep understanding of human anatomy, movement mechanics, and injury prevention. Combining his CrossFit expertise with his physical therapy qualifications, he is dedicated to helping individuals of all fitness levels achieve their goals while prioritizing their safety and well-being.
